Triple Net Properties Announces the Sale of City Center West B
SANTA ANA, Calif., April 13 -- Louis Rogers, President of
Triple Net Properties, LLC, is pleased to announce the sale of City Center
West B on behalf of tenant in common investors.
City Center West B is a 106,000 square foot office building located in
Las Vegas, Nevada. The property was built in 1999 and major tenants
include: Bank West of Nevada, IBM, and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company.
City Center West B was sold for $34,335,200 to West Lake Group, who was
represented by Bill Palmer and John Sedar of the Palmer Team. Darryll
Goodman of Triple Net Properties represented the tenant in common sellers.
City Center West B was originally purchased in January of 2002 for
$20,800,000.
