ProLogis Leases More Than 237,000 Square Feet in Ohio to Menlo Worldwide
- Third-Party Logistics Provider to Locate New Distribution Center at
ProLogis Park 70 Etna Outside Columbus -
DENVER, April 12 -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a
leading global provider of distribution facilities and services, today
announced that it has leased more than 237,000 square feet of industrial
space outside Columbus, Ohio, to Menlo Worldwide, a California-based
third-party logistics provider.
Menlo has leased the space at ProLogis Park 70 Etna, a state-of-the-art
industrial park off Interstate 70 in Etna township, 10 miles east of
Columbus. Menlo will use the facility to provide warehousing, inventory
control, distribution and transportation management services to a major
consumer products company as its anchor client at the site. Menlo also
expects to add other customers in the near future.

good access to I-70 and significant expansion capabilities," said Rich

ProLogis Park 70 Etna is a 220-acre master-planned park designed to
serve customers' regional distribution needs throughout the Midwest,
offering strategic access to key roadways as well as Port Columbus
International Airport. The park features 32-foot clear heights, cross-dock
design, extensive truck parking and other amenities, as well as access to
Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) benefits. It can accommodate up to 3 million
square feet at full buildout.
